Ajwa dates are famous in the Islamic tradition. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “If somebody takes seven Ajwa dates in the morning, neither magic nor poison will hurt him that day.” (Sahih al-Bukhari 5779). Ajwa dates contain a high percentage of carbohydrates, 15 salts and minerals, 14 types of fatty acids, 23 amino acids, six vitamins, and many dietary fibers. Also, contain potassium which is essential for life and vital for the heart. As well as magnesium which helps to keep the heart rhythm steady and the bones strong. Thus, they are highly recommended to maintain a healthy heart. Similar to magnesium, they also contain calcium which is good for the bones and teeth. Also, plays a vital role like nerve signal transmission.


Take 1 teaspoon of cumin and 1 teaspoon of carom seeds and add 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder to it. Take this mix with water daily to cure heartburn.
